Home values rise in Central NY, but pace is slowing: See your ZIP code

Syracuse, N.Y. — Home values are still rising in most places in Central New York, but the rate of growth has slowed from where it was six months ago, according to data from Zillow.

Home values were higher than they were a year ago as of June 30 in 86 of the 100 ZIP codes Zillow had data for in a five county region of Central New York, which included Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga and Oswego counties. In December, values were up in every ZIP code in the same region year over year.
